I’ve never had to re-write a chapter so many times.
I’ve started it three times now, and I just can’t seem to get where I want to go! It’s strange, isn’t it? When the words just seemed to flow so easily before, and now I’ve hit a wall and can’t find the door through it.
No matter – I will persevere. With a bit of a lull in saddlery orders at the moment, it seems as good a time as any to sit and work on this one chapter that just doesn’t seem to want to stick.
With a little luck, it’ll rain on Friday, and I’ll get my groove back – rain seems to get me writing again!
